About the Role

The HR Generalist will support the HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices and Philippine labor laws and will be skilled in managing multiple HR activities while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations:
• Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving conflicts as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as a Point of Contact of employee regarding HR Concerns.

Performance Management:
• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.

HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, leave requests, and other administrative tasks.

Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports related to HR metrics and compliance.

Payroll and Benefits:
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Address payroll discrepancies and manage employee benefits inquiries.

Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2 years of experience in an HR role (Payroll and Benefits Administration)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Can Start ASAP

  • Willing to Work on Graveyard Shift (Hyrbid Setup)
