About the Role
• Organize and maintain patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, test results, and
diagnoses.
• Classify and file records according to established protocols, such as alphabetic, numeric, or categorical
filing systems.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation by verifying and updating information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of medical records, following HIPAA (Health Insurance
• Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures regarding record storage, release, and retention.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other departments to facilitate efficient
record management processes.
• Maintain Open communication with clients.
• Gather Medical records and Bills of clients from each provider.
4 Year Bachelor’s Degree of any course
Medical Records Clerk experience is a plus.
Willing to undergo training
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to Work on-site & Graveyard.
